Shri Prem Singh Bajor, Chairman Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd. is also the Founder Chairman of Bajor Group of Companies, engaged in the businesses like real estate, construction, Government revenue collection, BOT projects, hospitality, mining, International commodity trading and precious metals.

In 1985, Shri Bajor ventured in the real estate construction with construction business. From there on, he ventured and excelled in different trades using his sharp business acumen.

In 1986, Bajor Group has been granted the prestigious Royalty/Sales tax, Toll tax collection contracts and liquor contracts by Government of India/Government of Rajasthan.

Currently, the Bajor Group is diversifying its interest in mining, soapstone, precious metal refining and minting, International commodity trading and tableware industry.

Padmashri Swapan Guha - Managing Director

Shri Swapan Kumar Guha was awarded with Padmashree outstanding contribution in ceramic industry in the year 2012 it is the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India, Mr. Swapan Kumar Guha is the first person to receive PadmaShree in ceramic industry.he is a fellow of the Indian Institute of Ceramic. He Started his career with Kerala Ceramics Ltd as a Research & Development Officer under the guidelines of Shri.Gopal Krishana Pillai IAS, present Secretary of Home Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and the guidelines of Mrs. Sudha Pillai IAS , present Member Secretary of Planning Commission, Govt. of India.

He has developed different Bone China and Stoneware Bodies, Glazes and Colors which gave him encouraging result and his products are very much appreciated, after his stint with Kerala Ceramics Ltd., he left for Jaipur and joined Bharat Potteries Ltd., as Technical Advisor In 1988. He introduced Bone China with Bharat Potteries. During his tenure he had the opportunity to visit Italy and France for Trade Fairs which were purely technical. He also visited a number of factories in these countries. Later he joined NCL Industries Ltd., of Nagarjuna Group in Hyderabad as General Manager, Works and was promoted as General Manager, Bone China and Stoneware.

In the year 1995, he started a new project at village Rajawas near Jaipur. This was a full scale Bone-China Tableware unit named Jaipur Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. JCPL is exporting its 60% products to Australia, South Korea, all European Countries, etc.

The quality of product of this plant is compared to the products of Stoke-on-Trent, U.K. This is primarily because of the precision, quality control and technical skills of Mr. Guha. JCPL employs over 700 labourers besides the supervisors and senior staff. The most distinguishing part of this Industry is that it uplifts a mass of villagers by providing them employment and in turn uplifting their standard of living.

In 2002, Mr. Guha, started another project Hopewell Ceramics Pvt. Ltd., as the chairman of the company, for manufacturing of Ceramic Colours, Glazes, etc in RIICO industrial area at village Jetpura, Tehsil-Chomu. Initially called SLGK Cera India Pvt. Ltd., Kalpataru Ceraware Pvt. Ltd. was also initiated by Mr. Guha, for manufacturing of High Tension Electrical Insulators. These two units together provide employment to more than 500 local village people.

Currently Mr. Guha is looking into a very important project at village-Govindgarh, near Jaipur. This new project named Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd. is meant for manufacturing Ceramic, Glass and Melamine Tableware. It will be the largest Opal Glass Tableware manufacturing unit in our country. 50% of the manufactured goods will be exported to various countries.
